Over the years our team members have designed and built numerous rapid prototypes. Using our proven prototype fabrication and testing methods we have designed rapid prototypes for appearance, evaluation, and testing. Our prototyping processes quickly delivers rapid prototypes that can be constructed in an additive, layering process, fed by 3D CAD data.

Our engineers have taken projects from concept development through to the rapid prototype fabrication process and created proof of concept models with experiments designed to determine the feasibility of new concepts and/or materials.

We work with many vendors such as rapid prototyping shops, that use technologies that additively "grow" a design with stereolithography, selective laser sintering, and Objet, as well as plastic molders and fabricators, sheet metal shops, welders, and electrical & mechanical technicians to expedite the creation of rapid prototypes.
